Product Description

Boron nitride BN crucibles

Features:Good electrical insulation, thermal conductivity, excellent thermal shock resistance and chemical stability, good moisture resistance to molten metal, slag and glass.

Boron nitride ceramic is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, has strong electrical insulation, and has an electrical breakdown strength of 3-4 times that of alumina. Boron nitride ceramics have excellent high temperature resistance.

The use temperature is 1800 degrees under vacuum, and the use temperature is 2100 degrees under the protection of atmosphere (nitrogen, argon and other inert gases). The boron nitride ceramic has a high thermal conductivity, strong thermal shock resistance, and does not crack when quenched at 1500 degrees. It is taken out of the furnace at a temperature of 1000 degrees for 20 minutes, and then blown and quenched for hundreds of times without cracking. Boron nitride ceramics do not react and do not adhere to many metals, ceramics, rare earths and other materials.

Application: high temperature electric furnace components (high temperature insulation sleeves, etc.), metal evaporation crucibles, various devices for molten metal or glass, precious metal or special alloy casting mold parts, high temperature support and other stressed components, molten metal transport pipes, nozzles ect.
