Sic Silicon Carbide Tubes

 Recrystallized silicon carbide products have excellent properties such as high temperature strength, light weight, good thermal conductivity, small heat storage, and long life. They are widely used in ceramics, petrochemical, aerospace and other industrial sectors. Used for making ceramic pottery (rollers, beams, slabs, high-temperature burners, thermocouple protection tubes, etc.). Among them, the most typical use is as high-temperature kiln furniture for various industrial kiln, especially suitable for use under high temperature conditions above 1250C. Silicon nitride (Si3N4, Sic) ceramic refractory materials, mainly using silicon nitride (23%) and silicon carbide as the main raw materials, with organic materials, mixed, extruded or casted, dried,nitrided.

Si3n4 bonded SiC is a new type of refractory. It has a wide range of uses, with a temperature of 1400C. It has better thermal stability, better thermal shock resistance than ordinary refractory materials and recrystallized Sic, acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance, and high flexural strength. It is resistant to erosion, non-pollution, and fast heat conduction in molten metals such as aluminum (Al), lead (Pb), zinc (Zn), and copper (Cu). Its specifications:

1.Thermocouple protection tube:diameter Φ12-80mm,length 1800mm,used in high temperature kiln and various atmospheres, can also be used directly in molten liquid.

2. Riser tube, heating sheath, protection tube: used in aluminum liquid and glass liquid,it has good thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, pressure resistance, long life and so on.

3.Raceway tube: used on floor and brick kiln, diameter 30-50mm, length less than 1600mm, high temperature resistance, no deformation, high strength.

4.Kilns: Beams made of silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide are used in tunnel kiln, shuttle kiln, down-fired kiln, and have good load carrying capacity. It is ideal to make full use of kiln space to increase kiln output, at the same time can choose to use the column as a support frame, the use temperature can reach 1400C. Without increasing excessive investment, the purpose of improving product quality, saving energy and increasing production can be achieved, and it is an ideal replacement.
