Alumina ceramic Tube
Alumina ceramic is the most mature of the engineering ceramics, offering excellent electrical insulation properties together with high hardness and good wear resistance, but relatively low strength and fracture toughness.Alumina ceramics are generally white but may also be pink or ivory. The color is derived from either the sintering additives or impurities in the raw materials.
Alumina Ceramic Specifications
1) High purity: Al203> 99%, Good chemical resistance
2) Good temperature resistance: Long-term use in 1600°C, short-term in 1800°C
3), Good resistance to rapid cooling and rapid heating, not easy to burst.
4) Slip casting and high density
5) Various kinds of Shapes and Sizes.
Alumina Tube Applications
Used for making parts for CVD, ion implants, photolithography, and semiconductor parts.e In traditional industries, alumina ceramics are ideal for products such as injector tubes, gasnozzles, and insulators.
Used as a material for industrial furnaces due to its ability to maintain its hardness at high tem-peratures.
Used as a protector for high-temperature thermal couples.
Used as a material for the chemical industry due to its high corrosion resistance.
