Usage:

It is suitable for advanced grinding in laboratories, pharmaceutical factories and chemical laboratories, with high compressive strength and acid and alkali resistance. After grinding, no mortar body material will be mixed into the object.

Precautions for use:
1. Special care should be taken during use, not to grind materials with excessive hardness.

2. During the grinding operation, the mortar should be placed on an object that is not easy to slide, and the pestle should be kept vertical. Large solids can only be crushed, not crushed with a pestle, otherwise it will damage the mortar, pestle or splash the solid. Explosive materials can only be crushed gently, not ground. When grinding materials that are corrosive to the skin, cover the mortar with a thick paper or plastic sheet, then open a hole in the center, insert the mortar and then grind. The amount of solids contained in the mortar must not exceed 1/3 of its volume.

 

3. The mortar cannot be heated, do not put it in an electric oven to dry it.

4. When washing the mortar, it should be washed with water first. The mortar resistant to acid corrosion can be washed with dilute hydrochloric acid. When a hard-to-wash substance is attached to the mortar, you can put a small amount of table salt in it, and then wash it after grinding.
