AIN Crucibles 

AIN crystal is a covalent bond compound with AIN4 tetrahedron as the structural unit, and has a wurtzite structure, belonging to the hexagonal crystal system. Chemical composition AI 65.81%, N 34.19%, specific gravity 3.261g/cm3, white or off-white.


The aluminum nitride (ALN) ceramic has high thermal conductivity(5-10 times as the alumina ceramic), low



dielectric constant and dissipation factor, good insulation and excellent mechanical properties, non-toxic,


high thermal resistance, chemical resistance ,and the linear expansion coefficient is similar with Si,which is


widely used in communication components, high power led, power electronic devices and other


fields.Special spec products can be produced upon requests.


Characteristics:

(1) High thermal conductivity;
(2) High insulation;
(3) Low thermal expansion coefficient (4.×10-6ºC) matches with Si (3.5~4×10-6ºC) and GaAs (6×10-6ºC);
(4) Excellent electrical properties (dielectric constant, dielectric loss, volume resistivity, dielectric strength);
