1.Principle of electromagnetic pinch valve
The electromagnetic pinch valve (referred to as the pinch valve for short) is driven by an electromagnetic solenoid and controls opening and closing by squeezing or loosening the hose. The medium only passes through the hose, the other parts in the valve body will not come into contact with the chemically corrosive medium, just replace the hose, which means that the pinch valve is more economical compared to other types of solenoid valves. No cross contamination.

4.Hose model and its installation and use
·When using, pay attention that the pipe must be put into the valve body to ensure the stability of the valve
·Silicone tube (the inner wall of the tube is very smooth, excellent memory, the tube will not stick in the closed state for a long time).
·Biochemical tubes (acid and alkali resistant, but used in oily or organic solvents). The hose installation groove on the valve body has a smooth arc structure, and the user can conveniently install and remove the hose.
Hose installation:
The gap of the groove is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the hose, but the cross-sectional area of the pipe is ensured to be equal, and the hose is also tightly fixed.
